Räisälä Chapel and Ferry Bridge
Räisälä Chapel, located only 5½ kilometres from Suomu, is an atmosphere-rich chapel that may be reserved as a venue for weddings, christenings and family parties.
Räisälä also has the ferry bridge that crosses Lake Kemijärvi in the summertime and is free of charge.
Riutukka Log Floating Museum
Travelling from Tonkopuro along the Raakuntie road is the old Riutukka Log Floating Museum with log chutes that were used for centuries to move timber from deep within the forests into the waterways. The site also has a number of buildings, a wilderness cabin for accommodation, sauna on the stream bank, and a campfire spot for day trippers.
